Ocyris provides business website search and discovery tools on a best-effort basis. The service may include keyword search, company type filters, location filters, CSV exports, and subscription-only features.
Ocyris does not guarantee that indexed information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Website data may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or incorrectly classified.
You agree not to abuse, overload, scrape excessively, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to Ocyris or its systems. You agree not to use Ocyris for unlawful spam, fraud, harassment, or violations of applicable laws.
Premium subscriptions are billed through PayPal according to the plan selected by the customer. The current advertised premium price is $29/month plus applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Taxes may apply based on your billing location and applicable law. PayPal or Ocyris may calculate and collect applicable taxes where required.
You may cancel your subscription through PayPal or by contacting support. Access to premium features may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or PayPal policy.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after payment has been processed, except where required by law or where Ocyris approves a refund at its discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@ocyris.com.
Ocyris may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, nonpayment, security concerns, or violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocyris is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. Ocyris will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or reliance on search results.
Ocyris may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
